Best Banana Bread
There are 2 things I want to say about this book. First of all, I've never, ever made a recipe more than once. EXCEPT for the banana bread recipe in this book. It's easy and forgiving and allows for creativity. Add cardamum or nutmeg. Throw in some nuts or carrots, It doesn't care. Always yummy and uses up a whole lot of aged bananas.
Second, it's a lovely book with fascinating instructions for basket making.
