First of all the tips for transporting food were very good to use towels packed around your dish in a box.....it worked GREAT! Have you ever seen this at a potluck: Grilled Marinated Halibut Steaks with Saute'ed Bell Peppers? It disappeared in a flash when I took it to a potluck. I was so tired of the same thing at potlucks, green bean casserole and spaghetti or chili. Now I make things like Grilled Flank Steak and Red Onions on Mixed Greens. One of the best potluck books I have found.
