1982's Best of the Rest rounds up album tracks and several rarities, including a live "Workin' for MCA" and a version of "T for Texas." As this is heavy on album tracks, it's not necessarily a rarities collection --and as a rarities collection, it's not first rate as a lot of this material as shown up on subsequently released expanded editions and comps. So, this is a bit of a wash for anyone outside of completists, but for those completists this does serve up just enough good stuff to make it worthwhile...but only just ...
