Great, healthy cookbook!
I love Cooking Light magazine but hated the magazines that piled up. In my opinion, this book really does have the best of the best. And the recipes are easily modified to change things up a bit. So instead of going to a new issue of the magazine, I just make some changes to the recipes in the book. (Although there are so many recipes, I have yet to run out of new things to try.) All in all, I have less clutter and all my go-to recipes in one easy place. For the most part, I also found the recipes easy to prepare.
