Excellent Audio Bible For Children
This is an excellent recording. My 7 year old son usually chooses this audio book for bedtime. The Beginner Bible stories are easy for young children to understand, yet they remain true to the original intent of the Bible.
Dick Van Patten and Bess Armstrong do a wonderful job narrating--their voices are still soothing and pleasant even though I've heard the recording about 100 times.
My son now has a very strong knowledge of the New Testament (and the Old Testament--a Beginner's Bible version of the Old Testament was made as well). Even though we have the actual book, we still prefer to listen to the audio version.
