Having read several books on the Battle of Jutland describing the action at length about the specifics of the gunnery, engineering spaces, etc, I became curious about what it must have actually looked like to the participants at their battle stations. This book, through pictures and cutaways gives about as reasonably close a feel of the action as the sailors must have felt. The detail of the line drawings is just first rate.
