The concepts are valid but unfortunately the behaviors that prevent the average person from utilizing them are still present. That prompted me to search for a compromise way to use the Bankers Secret without impacting my normal financial lifestyle. Using these principles and a company I have found called mortgageexterminator, that utilizes these concepts, is allowing me to pay off my 30 year mortgage in 7 years with little or no change in my lifestyle.
