Excellent book on the way of excellence
In a nutshell, this is an insightful book on the way of realizing one's optimum potential. Tips, strategies, and the art of finding the "flow" in life so we can maximize our potential by entering the "learning way."
This book is written by someone who is putting down what he learned in becoming a champion in whatever he does, notably a teenage national chess champion for a number of years (mental prowess), and in his next pursuit in the martial arts (physical prowess), a repeating national champion in this area.
This book was written as an examination of what underlies Josh Waitzkin's successes in life, he having found there were common factors leading to his successes, which he wished to pass on to others.
