An appointed time is exactly what its name says: It is a time (in other words, a day or a season) that has been established by the Creator, and which is not supposed to be ignored by people. These are fixed agreements that the Creator made with humanity, long before the existence of the Jewish nation and it is totally worth the effort to keep these agreements and, by doing so, honouring and respecting the Creator of heaven and earth!
