These rarities aren't enticing for anybody but hardcore followers and, really, most listeners will be better served by Greatest Hits, which contains all the radio hits. Here, those are surrounded by album tracks, ranging from pedestrian to pretty good, actually. BTO doesn't really have any hidden gems, per se, yet there's enough good stuff here to satisfy fans of the big hits who want to hear a little bit more.
