The Intimate Krag Rifle
For those who collect firearms, especially Krag-Joergensons, or are interested in the arms of the Spanish American War, Phillipine Insurrection or the Boxer Rebellion, this book is the current bible. There are really excellent photographs and illustrations including period photographs of soldiers with the arms.
These arms were updated and maintained for a long time in the Federal inventory. They were issued to non-frontline soldiers during WW I and were issued to National Guard units up until WW II.
