Bound in full brown leather, maroon & black leather spine panels w/ name of late 19th century Texas law firm McLane & Atlee at lower spine of each volume. Good condition. San Antonio Court of Appeals handwritten on front board, with their stamp on endpapers & text-block edges of each volume. Hinges of Volume 1 slightly weak (but still firmly attached). Occasional small chipping to margin of opening & closing pgs; Contents otherwise mildly & uniformly age-toned but clean, unmarked, bindings quite firm. Moderate, scattered darkening to leather spines w/ thin chips at spine ends, 1-inch chip at lower spine of Volume 2. 740 & 763 & 807 pp.
