We're being run over by metabolic diseases, such as cancer, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. Those maladies can be mitigated or eliminated, simply by greater fresh produce consumption. The 1st Aisle stresses the importance of eating and properly preparing your own food to get maximum physical results. When you do so and your physical and mental well-begin improves, you may never go back to the old you. The 1st Aisle will not convert you to a vegetarian or vegan, but into a Resultatarian! Results are the name of the game--and the best results are in the first aisle.
