If you are ready to have your world completely shredded to pieces and then rebuilt piece by piece then this book is for you. Ouspensky completely and systematically destroys all so called accepted beliefs, values and what for the most part passes as science but is not; he then takes you into a journey where he pushes your mind to accept a new dimension and this is the most difficult part. This book builds on the 4th way. Like all his books its a master peice.
One last word of advice; read this book slowly and make sure you understand everything. This is not one of those books you can or should attempt to speed read and if you have the time it would be best to read it several times.
