This was Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar's copy and has his signature to the front free endpaper and is dated January 1954 Yerkes. The next owner's signature (geophysicist George E. Backus) follows the Chandrasekhar inscription and states not swiped-given. -If you are reading this, this item is actually (physically) in our stock and ready for shipment once ordered.
