This book includes various black&white action photos - critical static positions - captured from dynamic motion. The text in the book is not overly verbose. It gets to the point and supports the critical positions the author is trying to convey.
The techniques described are from the Pete Sampras/Agassi era - still valid today but certainly quite not what the current top players are doing today - ie; Federer, Nadal, Safin, etc. - just in case you are trying to hit the ball like Roger or Rafi :-)
