Useful contribution to the study of problems-talk
I found this book very useful for my research on troubles-talk in interaction. It provides useful insight into how problems can be framed as interactional achievements, both from a discursive-constructionist and conversation-analytic perspective. I think that the volume could prove very useful for anyone doing research on this topic.
