When we asked what to do about all the other references to Longinos in the book you responded, on Nov. 8: "About Longinos, given what you have noticed, I think the best thing is to keep calling him Longinos throughout the book, but put a footnote the firstplace Longinos appears in intro, on page 3 fn: "Many scholars now call Longinos, the first-century author of On the Sublime (put in italic, please) as the Pseudo-Longinos to distinguish him from Cassius Longinos, a third-century author who through the nineteenth century was incorrectly believed to have composed this major treatise." We now have a footnote for this in the intro. I think we should leave it as is now, or else we'll reflow the intro if we remove the footnote.
