Swords to Reclaim Innocence is a four-week study guide on the Biblical accounts of Tamar, Dinah, the unnamed concubine, and Mary Magdalene. Traumatic events in these women's lives are reflected through the author's personal life story. The reader is encouraged to journal their own experiences. Five Opportunity Days (homework) per week are allotted for each of the Biblical women incorporating the following: REFLECT on the women and men in the historical accounts by reading the selected scripture verses printed at the end of each week's lesson and answering pointed questions about the verses. JOURNAL personal experiences. SWORD: Choose selected scripture verses to combat the reader's traumatic event. COMMENTARY & CREATIVE days encourage the reader to study the Bible for themselves and reflect on what has been gleaned through personal creative interpretation. THE SOUL TIE CHART encourages the reader to take inventory of their traumatic events and reclaim what was lost. Names of God, the blood of Jesus, names of Jesus, and Who I am in Christ are lists to help the reader understand the freedom of the Great Exchange by salvation through Jesus Christ. Sample prayers lead the reader to let go of sin and suffering and reclaim their innocence through the blood of Jesus Christ- God's Son, the world's Savior. The goal is for the reader to understand and apply the Word of God through sharp swords of scripture to bring about abundance, transformation, and victory in all areas of life. The Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). What you memorize is what you utilize!
