On the Petition of Joseph McLallen McLellan praying that he may be iidemnified from a certain action of assault, battery ana false imprisonment brought against him by Francis Rittal at a Court of Common Pleas held in and for the County of Lincoln last September term apprehending said Francis among others by orders from General Wadsworth, --Resolved, That the petitioner be directed to notify the said Francis to appear at this Court on the first Wednesday of March next (by serving him with an attested Copy of said Petition and this order at least twelve days before said first Wednesday of March) to shew Cause, if any he hath, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted..,, & Approved Feb. 14, 1783.
