Die Concession ist von der Gemeinde, dem Grundherrn Grafen Sandretzky und der Actiengesellschaft, welcher die Langenbielau durchlaufende Chaussee gehort, auf so lange ertheilt, als die Gasanstalt betrieben werden wird. Gaspreis pro 1000 c' preuss. 2 Thlr. 20 Sgr. Sobald 4,500,000 c' von Privaten jahrlich consumirt werden, tritt eine Ermassigung von 5 Sgr. ein. Grossere Consumenten erhalten das Gas billiger.
