The Muggs remixes -- the "Harpsichord Mix" of "Illusions," the "Blackout Mix" of "Latin Lingo," and the "Slow Roll Remix" of "Throw Your Set in the Air" -- are mostly straightforward, never departing too far from the originals, often slowing down the tempo. Conversely, the outside producers do depart from the originals quite considerably: Fredwreck gives "Amplified" his patented G-funk sound, Morello infuses "Checkmate" with violent guitars, and the Alchemist delivers a serene yet incredibly paranoid version of "(Rap) Superstar." The resulting six-track collection of these previously released remixes offers much variety in a brief amount of time.
