I am an exercise junkie, always looking for new fun ways to stay in shape. I have never watched 'so you think you can dance' but decided that this video might be what I was looking for. I DO have a bit of dance background, but think that anyone can do this video.
It is broken up into instructional, and workout, so you can stay on the instructional part until you get it and then you can move on an do it a bit faster and with music.
The instuctors break down every move and go over everything alot. You will repeat each 'routine' many times. I take this video out quite often for a fun 20 minutes of sweating and dancing.
I think this is a fun video that most anyone can do and enjoy.
