Seller's Description:
Very Good in Very Good jacket. A film adaptation of this book was made in 1954 called "Hell's Outpost". The book's author, Luke Short, died in 1975. The dust jacket is shelf rubbed, edge worn and marked, with a small chip out of the back along the bottom edge. Aside from this, the jacket remains whole, bright and intact. Internally, there is a stamp marking on the front pastedown which is partially concealed by the dust jacket flap. There is mild foxing on the front and back end pages-this does not extend into the rest of the book, although there is some light tanning throughout. The binding is tight, and it is presented charmingly in protective plastic. JK.
