If you are interested in using silver gelatin emulsions, this is perhaps the only fairly current book to use. The information on some of the commercially available stuff s becoming dated, but the general information and especially the information on making your own emulsions is very useful. The book has become one of those stupid expensively priced books at times--- Its worth waiting for a cheap copy.
