Sec. 3. Section 6i is hereby added to said act to read as follows: Section 6. All prosecutions and proceedProsecutions. ings instituted by the state board of health, for the violations of any of the provisions of this chapter, or any other laws to be enforced by this board, for the violation of any of the orders or regulations of the state board of health, shall be instituted by its proper officer on the order of the board; and all laws prescribing the nppi'JTto State modes of procedure, courts, practice, and penalties for judgments applicable to local boards of health, shall apply to the state board of health, and the violation of its laws or orders; and all fines or judgments collected or received, shall be paid over to the state treasurer, and credited to the fund created for the support of the state board of health.
