We have chosen, therefore, in our more fanciful moments, to regard these same pieces as so many literary pilgrims, united in the common brotherhood of all good St. Andrews work but hitherto sundered from one another and from their Place of Rest; and so we have herded them into this new City Where they may dwell together in safety.
