These observations not only reveal novel therapeutic potentials of the three herbs, but also reconfirm our conviction that by the medicinal phytochemistry based strategy used to design the study is economically a more feasible one for identifying herbs potentially useful for combating diabesity and other non communicable diseases with diverse spectrums of comorbidities.
