Bislang fehlt es an Kenntnissen ???ber die Programmatik und die inneren Verh???ltnisse der Vereinigung, die es erlauben w???rden, diesen Vorwurf zu verifizieren. Die Arbeit ist aus einem durch das Bayerische Staatsministerium f???r Arbeit und Sozialordnung in Auftrag gegebenen interdisziplin???ren Forschungsprojekt hervorgegangen. Ihre empirische Basis besteht aus einer umfassenden Analyse der Prim???rliteratur der Organisation sowie einer qualitativ orientierten Befragung von 'Aussteigern'. Die zwischen Scientology und dem einzelnen Anh???nger bestehenden Beziehungen werden vor dem Hintergrund der Organisationsstruktur beschrieben und aus strafrechtlicher Sicht bewertet.
