Seller's Description:
Collectible Very Good. 1st printing of the mass market paperback edition. Pictorial wraps. 202pp. Illustrated with photos, including frames from the P-G film. I consider Hunter & Dahinden's book one of the more important early books. We have priced this copy at somewhat of a premium for a reprint because of its nice condition. If you are developing a good Bigfoot library then do not overlook the paperbacks of this nature. The Signet reprint is getting a little scarce in nice condition.

Seller's Description:
Collectible Very Good in Good jacket. 1st printing. Cloth. 192pp. Illus. Presentation signed on title page in 1996 by Dahinden to Oregon cryptozoologist and author, George Earley, "To George / From / Rene Dahinden / "good Hunting" / Aug. 1996." Earley's custom book plate adorns the front paste down. Dahinden and Hunter's book is an important early book in the field, coming after Patterson (1966), after Green's three quarto paperbound books, but five years before Green's 1978 tome. This copy very good. The only reason we don't grade it fine is because there is a tiny nick to the top edge of the front board. The dj is complete (no chips) but has edgewear and some edge creases. Signed copies of either the first edition or the later revised paperbound edition are mighty hard to come by. Dahinden, to all who knew him, stood alone in dogged research and a personality to go along with it.
