An archeological work-book
This book will be mainly be of interest for archeologist and writers looking for in depth information about a certain area in ancient Phoenicia. It features tpart of he objects found during the archeological excavations of Sarepta, now Lebanon.
The book was printed in Beyrouth 1988 in a rather 'primative' way, due to lack of funds and the ongoing war in Lebanon. The pages had to be cut with a knife.
The beginning of the book is a catalogue of artifacts from Area II and X of the Sarepta excavations, while the last part features black and white drawings and pictures of the described artifacts itself.
It's not a book to read and browse, but a very interesting work-book for those interested in archeology and people who need to describe certain items and don't have the opportunity to go and see for themselves in the musea around the world.
