Previous owner's gift inscription on the verso of the front flyleaf. Else the pages are typically age-toned, but clean. Small chips at the DJ corners and spine extremities, and some edgewear along the DJ top edge. 1" mostly closed tear at the top of the DJ rear spine fold, and a 1" closed tear near the bottom corner on the DJ rear inner flap fold. A couple of light creases near the DJ top corners. A tiny (~1/8") hole in the middle of the DJ front spine fold. Some light surface rubbing to the DJ.
