A tear on the rear wrapper has been repaired with archival tape. The binding thread is gone, leaving the pages disbound. The paper is brittle with age. A readable, complete text which must be handled gently. An anti-slavery tract written by prominent abolitionist Lydia Maria Child (1802-1880), who handled the distribution herself.
