Sin embargo, Retratos Urbanos promete al esp???ritu algo de reivindicaci???n. La bondad se ve en los ojos turbios de la locura, en la ni???a crecida que evoca sus fantasmas desde una bah???a, ahora suya, pero extranjera, o en la mujer que le ofrece una taza de caf??? al desvariado maloliente hasta que este cesa de existir. Proyecta h???roes y hero???nas dolidos, subestimados, mancillados y en ocasiones fulminados por la opresi???n, pero muestra todo el potencial creativo que surge del sufrimiento, todos los talentos y todas las ternuras que tercas sobreviven pese a las contradicciones sociales que act???an con impunidad. Es un tributo a la memoria que libera, a los so???adores que en su imaginar construyen la convivencia, a los pobres y a los dolidos que no pueden narrar sus historias y que dependen de autores comprometidos que no le temen a las nostalgias.
