The idea for this book came to me in a dream after losing my Grandmother. In the dream I was walking through a rose garden and came to a bed under the stars, dressed in white, and resting on that bed was my Grandmother. That dream filled me with a sense of peace. Her favourite season was Winter and her ashes were scattered in the "Winter Garden" at a cemetery, hence the title of the book.
