Brown leather/boards with double border lines all around. No title on covers or spine. 147 pp., [5] with no illustrations. Originally published in London, this edition was printed in Boston's Cornhill section for Thomas Leverett, Nicholas Bowes, and Henry Knox. The author, William Dodd, L.L. D, was Prebendary of Brecon (a county in Wales) and Chaplain in Ordinary to His Majesty (King George at the time). Written in 20 chapters, each prefaced by a quotation from scripture or poetry. With an index at the back.
