Hardcover; no dustjacket. First Edition; SD, NAP. A fairly scarce title, but this copy is in rather poor condition. An Ex-Library copy, with all the typical markings. Heavy wear to the boards, and spine extremities. The hinges are split, and have been inexpertly repaired in the distant past. The page edges are age-darkened, and the endpapers are soiled (along with library markings). The last page of the index has a taped tear, and a large chip at the bottom edge (no loss of text, but for the loss of the page number at the bottom). Else the pages are a bit age-darkened, but fairly clean. It appears to be complete.; 29A; 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"; 296 pages.
