Ronald quickly found out that the school had not been forgotten only renovated and soon to reopen. Ronald Oliver had always been a curious little vermin. It was these curiosities that would lead Ronald Oliver to investigate the old building. Once inside, Ronald Oliver's world would change. Ronald Oliver convinced his family to take up residence in the old structure. Shortly afterwards, Ronald Oliver decided the old school had more to offer than shelter alone. Living in a school would lead the inquisitive Ronald Oliver to pursue an education. Ronald Oliver's educational pursuit takes him down a whimsical journey that would provide the little mouse with more than a formal education. Within the confines of the old school house, Ronald Oliver Dent would learn about life. Born in Waukegan, Illinois and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Gary Schmitt attended Catholic and public schools. Studying music and education at the University of Wisconsin and Middle Tennessee State University, he enjoyed a career in the music industry. Gary currently teaches Special Education at West End Middle School in Nashville.
