In this study, the family farmers are part of an association that owns an agro-industry, with the aim of benefiting the production of their agroforestry systems, adding value and gaining access to institutional and local markets through the supply of frozen fruit pulp. This work analyses the aspects that make up the general context of the activities carried out by the Association, through a study of the influence of the a???a??? production chain on the generation of income for rural producers, including the influence of quality control in the processing of fruit pulps, as well as the importance of the degree of satisfaction of the associated producer as part of a collective organisation and concluding with a proposal for a management tool to optimise the processing of the agroindustry as a strategy for decision-making and improving competitiveness, contributing to the effective planning of the production of cupua???u and a???a??? pulps.
