I think that non-Buddhists or persons with very little Buddhist education will find this book quite a challenge. But perseverance is the key to all things and will pay off in this insightful and truly excellent understanding of what it is to be a person free from the worries and cares that owning and maintaining a "self" can cause, can needlessly cause.
