Brueggemann provides a very concise "vision instruction manual" for the training of the prophetic imagination for the 21st century. I've never been so encouraged, empowered, and informed in the pursuit of engaging and transforming our culture with the truth, ethos and freedom of God's ways.

Critical Thinking for Students
I use this text in my ethics classes. Students engage the book and work through it chapter by chapter. Brueggemann gives the overarching principles of justice allowing professors and students to "use their imaginations" to apply his concepts to their lived reality.
