This book is upposed to be sequel to the leroux book but Christine is not blonde and Erik wears a white mask. There are a lot of Sysan Kay influences. Be warned Christine is extremeley unlikable. She is a selfish character who is either crying or fainting. How dare Raoul be the mosy sympathetic character un this book. Its full of typos and is four hundred pages. It takes that long for Christine to finally die. This is even worse than The Phantom of Mannhattan. Don't waste your time.
