It continues its tradition of offering the most usable and up-to-date course materials to teach legal ethics and the law governing the practice of law. The new Thirteenth Edition provides resources to help law teachers address the many changes in the legal profession and professional responsibility law since the last edition in 2014. Among those changes are: ABA adoption of Model Rule 8.4(g) that forbids "harassment or discrimination by lawyers on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status or socioeconomic status in conduct related to the practice of law."
