Saved me before my comprehensive exam.
I bought this book since I'm a graduate student in Marine Geology who did not take sedimentology as an undergraduate. I needed to have an understanding of fundamental sedimentological & stratigraphic concepts for my "know everything about marine geology" comprehensive exam. This book was easy to navigate and clear, good figures, and definitely helped me pass the exam.
