Great Circuit Training for Beginner/Intermmediate!
This is a wonderful dvd that will get you to work up a sweat and help get you fit. The first three minutes of each circuit (there are six of them) are cardio to get your heart rate up. After that there are two minutes of strength training with handweights, then one minute of abs toning.
Cueing is right on. The moves are uncomplicated, yet effective. Chris Freytag is a spirited, positive instructor. You'll be stronger after a week or two of using this dvd regularly.
