This book is dedicated to all those kind and innocent people who have awakened one day to discover that they have been for whatever reason approached by "initiators" of dark deeds to perform illegal, unethical and/or immoral acts and have refused. By reading this book it is hoped that it may give some comfort to those kind people to know and realize that their decision to refuse was the right decision. Also, it is the hope of the author that by reading this book that it may provide some extra encouragement for others to resist being forced, pressured and/or coerced into performing questionable acts by those experienced "initiators" who almost by definition are psychopaths and/or have close Mafia associations. In doing so, it is hoped that they will continue the courage to just say unequivocally, "No!"
