Understandable Body & Health care
This book is the easiest, most understandable book that I have ever read, and picked to preview when it comes to symptons, herbs, and natural way of understanding our body and the changes that occur for a variety of reasons. I feel like it is having a conversation with a professional Doctor, or Indian who has raised the fruits of the land and the natural healing which is available to us all. This is a book that I will be passing on to many of my friends and relatives.
