Inspiring and exhaustive
I have read a LOT of material by the most respected sources I can find on the subject of Pranayama. This book literally puts it all in one place plus a little more. It is well written and authoritative. Sadly, it still can't replace the incredibly difficult to find direct personal trainer, aka Guru in that you are not guided to a step-by-step program of how to put all this information into practice. Never the less, I really love this book and was inspired to find as much as possible by the same source.
