Well, actually I have not received the book yet, but I recommend it because the author represents to the international sociology. It is a book written at 40's. In spite of the historic context the author shows a wide and optimistic vision of international relations. States are important actors in the world society, but they no are the only. So relations of power are not just a cuestion of states.
