Orador designado ante los Parlamentos de Finlandia, Alemania, Inglaterra y la Asamblea del Poder del Pueblo de Cuba en los respectivos encuentros interparlamentarios. Representante del Congreso de M???xico ante el Congreso Interamericano de Agricultura y Ganader???a, Salvador, Bah???a, Brasil, Octubre de 1996. Actualmente es miembro asesor del Consejo Estatal de Ecolog???a de Coahuila y del Consejo de Ecolog???a de Monclova. Conferencista con temas de Salud Ambiental y Cambio Clim???tico.
